PRICES AND PAYMENT - REGISTRATION
Course prices: the price of each course varies according to the length of the course and the type of accommodation chosen.
The following prices all include:
- pick-up from, and drop-off at, Perugia Airport (for those flying directly to Umbria) or the nearest railway/bus station (Città di Castello, Trestina or Umbertide)
- 7 days ‘three-quarter’ board (breakfast, light midday lunch and full 4-course dinner) at a local ‘agriturismo’;
- 20 Italian lessons (of 45 minutes each) with an experienced Italian teacher + 2 hours outdoor lesson in the local community;
- guided trips to nearby places of interest, social events and local markets;
- all course material.
The following prices do not include:
- the cost of travel to and from Umbria;
- tickets for admission to museums, art galleries or any other special events;
- wine, beverages or foods not included in the set dinner menu;
- alcoholic beverages or other foods not included in the light lunch;
- bicycle hire, horse-riding lessons etc. (i.e. all additional activities not mentioned above).

Course Registration & Terms of Payment
To register for one of our courses, simply fill in the application form with your personal details and email or post it to our address.
Payment shall be made in advance, by direct transfer to the organisers’ current account (details are given below), according to the following terms:
A Course and Accommodation Deposit of 30% of the total cost of the course is payable on registration: on receipt of the said deposit, we will send you a Registration Receipt with an invoice for the balance of fees payable. The total amount due must be received by the School’s bank at least 30 days before the course begins in order to guarantee your place on the course.

Cancellation:
Should you cancel 20 days or more prior to the start of your chosen course, the School shall reimburse you any fees paid minus a cancellation fee of 200 euros for costs borne; should you cancel less than 20 days prior to the start of the course, then the School shall reimburse any fees paid minus a late cancellation fee of 350 euros.
